To add a file to task, complete the following steps:
- Click the Add icon inside the task. The Add Files pop up window is displayed.

- Select the file and click the Add button. The file is added to the task.
Note:
There is an option in the system to split the uncompleted segments into a new file. This file can be assigned to a new translator.
The task state can be one of the following:
- Ready: Once you submit a file, it is ready to be translated in the first phase which is marked in blue.
- Active: When the file is translated and submitted to the next phase which is revision, it becomes active but not ready and it is marked in yellow.
- Submitted: When the file is completed and submitted it is marked in green.
The task progress is based on the weighted word count
- Submitted progress: The progress in green is calculated of the submitted weighted word count.
- Completed progress: The progress in yellow is calculated of the completed weighted word count.
