TMS has APIs to integrated with other systems. For security, there should be specific IPs through which this integration takes place.
These IPs should be defined in the TMS to be able to recognize them.
Create New Integration IP #
To create a new integration IP, complete the following steps:
- From the top navigation menu, click the Setup button. A drop-down list is displayed.
- Click the Integration IPs option. The Integration IPs page is displayed.

- Click the New button at the top right side of the page. The Integration IP – New pop-up window is displayed.

- Enter the IP.
- Enter the Name.
- Click the Save button. The integration IP record is saved and displayed in the Integration IPs list.
Notifications #
The notification option is used when there is a new feature that the translator should be notified of. Also, when there is any major note that the translators should be aware of.
Create Notification #
To create a new notification, complete the following steps:
- From the top navigation menu, click the Setup button. A drop-down list is displayed.
- Click the Notifications option. The Notifications page is displayed.

- Click the New button at the top right side of the page. The Notification – New pop up window is displayed.

- Enter the Name.
- Select the Type.
- Write the notification message in the Description text field.
- Click the Save button. The notification record is saved and displayed in the Notifications page.
Note:
If the user has a notification, it will be displayed to this user every time he/she login to the system till the user clicks the Acknowledge button.

Delete Notification #
To delete a notification, complete the following steps:
- When you click the Setup button on the top navigation menu, a drop-down menu appears.
- Click the Notifications option. The Notifications page is displayed.
- Click the Delete button in front of the notification record that you need to delete. A confirmation message is displayed.
